Contact

I would love to hear from you!

You can reach me by phone or email, and I do my best to respond by the next business day.

I offer a free 10-15 minute phone call to connect, hear a brief overview of what you’re looking for in therapy, answer any questions about my practice, and hopefully give you a sense of whether or not we’re a good fit.

I don’t pressure anyone to schedule with me on the spot. I understand that there are often several therapists to hear back from. I encourage prospective clients to take the time they need and reach back out if they feel I’m the best fit for them.

Scheduling

Once an individual or couple determines they want to work with me, I coordinate with them via email or phone to get them on my schedule. I then email a link to my paperwork which they can fill out online. It’s a pretty easy process.

I see clients in-person at my Maple Valley office as well as remotely through video telehealth calls.

“Every day you may make progress. Every step may be fruitful. Yet there will stretch out before you an ever-lengthening, ever-ascending, ever-improving path. You know you will never get to the end of the journey. But this, so far from discouraging, only adds to the joy and glory of the climb.” —Winston Churchill
